These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yooda AI (the "Service"), provided by Nord Software LLC ("we," "us," "our"), registered in Ukraine. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Yooda AI is a web-based tool that provides real-time, AI-generated suggestions during job interviews conducted over video-calling platforms, along with an ATS-friendly resume builder and related job-search tools. The Service runs entirely in your browser. No app installation is required.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Yooda AI. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Contact us right away at hi@yoodaai.pro if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your responsibility for how you use the Service
Yooda AI is a tool that you choose how to use. You're responsible for complying with any policies of an employer, recruiter, school, or platform involved in an interview or application you use the Service for. We aren't a party to those relationships and don't control them.
Subscriptions, credits, and payment
Some features require a paid plan or credits, purchased through our payment processor, Creem. Prices, plan details, and any credit allowances are shown at checkout before you pay. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Content you provide
You keep ownership of the resume content, CVs, and other information you provide us. By using the Service, you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, for example generating your resume PDF or submitting a job-application request on your behalf.
AI-generated content
Interview answer suggestions and other AI-generated output are provided to assist you, not as guaranteed-accurate or complete advice. You're responsible for reviewing and deciding whether and how to use any AI-generated suggestion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misrepresent your identity or qualifications in a way that violates the law,
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service,
- use the Service to violate any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, belongs to Nord Software LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, or update these Terms, from time to time; we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nord Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including the outcome of any interview or job application. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nord Software LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
