Privacy Policy

Nord Software LLC ("Yooda AI," "we," "us," "our"), registered in Ukraine, operates the Yooda AI website and web application (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we store your name and email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us. If you sign in with a password instead, we store it in securely hashed form; we never see or store your plain-text password. We also keep basic session data (sign-in times, IP address, browser and device type) to keep your account secure.

Interview session data

Live interview audio is captured in your browser and streamed directly to our real-time transcription partner, Speechmatics. This audio is never sent to or stored on Yooda AI's own servers, and we do not keep a recording of your interview. The resulting text (your interview question and recent conversation context) is sent to our AI partner, OpenRouter, which forwards it to a third-party inference provider to generate suggested answers in real time. We instruct OpenRouter to use only providers that do not retain this text. We don't retain interview transcripts once your session ends.

Resume builder data

If you use the resume builder, we store what you enter: name, job title, contact details, work history, education, skills, and project details. This stays in our database until you edit, clear, or delete it, or delete your account.

Uploaded CVs

If you upload a CV (for example, to use the auto-apply feature), we store the PDF file itself along with its filename and upload date. If you submit a job-application request using that CV, we keep a copy tied to that specific request even if you later upload a different CV. That way the record of what was actually submitted stays accurate.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our payment processor, Creem. We share your email address with Creem to process a purchase; we never see or store your card details, since Creem handles that directly. We keep a local record of your purchase (plan, status) for billing and support.

Analytics

With your consent, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) and DataFast to understand how people use the site: pages visited, features used, and similar usage patterns. PostHog's session-recording feature is configured to mask every form field, so anything you type is never captured. Analytics tracking stays off until you accept it in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Email communications

When you sign up, your email may be added to our email platform, Plunk, so we can send onboarding tips, product updates, or marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any such email.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers that help us run the Service, each under their own privacy terms:

  • Speechmatics (speechmatics.com): real-time speech-to-text. Interview audio is never stored by us.
  • OpenRouter (openrouter.ai): generates AI interview-answer suggestions from text. OpenRouter routes each request to one of its third-party inference providers on our behalf.
  • Creem (creem.io): payment processing.
  • Plunk (useplunk.com): transactional and marketing email.
  • PostHog (posthog.com) and DataFast (datafa.st): analytics, only with your consent.
  • Google (policies.google.com/privacy): if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your account and resume data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account record, resume data, payment history, and your currently uploaded CV from our systems. CVs attached to job-application requests you've already submitted are kept separately, since they may still be part of a request our team is actively processing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit or delete your resume data and delete your account at any time from your account settings. For anything else, including a request to delete data tied to an already-submitted job application, contact us at hi@yoodaai.pro.

Children's privacy

Yooda AI is built for job seekers and working professionals and isn't directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever how we handle your data changes, along with the effective date above.
