Not quite. “Copilot” means the live tool that works during the call. “Interview helper” is broader and also covers practice and resume tools. YoodaAI has both: the live assistant is the copilot, and the other tools help before and after.

No. It runs in its own browser tab on your computer and sends nothing into the meeting. If you are asked to share your screen, share a single window or tab rather than the whole screen.

Rehearsing with mock interviews and fixing your resume are fine everywhere. Live help during a real interview depends on the company: some forbid outside assistance, so check the rules for the interviews you take.
