YoodaAI helps at each stage of a job search with 4 tools: practising before an interview, getting through it, presenting your CV and sending applications. All 4 share one credit balance.

YoodaAI was launched in 2023 by its founder, Uğur Aktaş, and is run by Nord Software LLC, a company registered in Ukraine. It is the company named in our terms of service and privacy policy, and you can reach it at hi@yoodaai.pro.

It listens to the browser tab your call is in, turns the speech into text and has a language model write a short answer. Nothing is installed, and nothing joins the meeting.

1. 1You share the meeting tab with YoodaAI, with its audio, from inside Chrome or Edge.
2. 2The audio goes from your browser straight to Speechmatics, a real-time speech-to-text service. It never passes through or is stored on YoodaAI's servers, and the call is not recorded.
3. 3Once the call has been quiet for about 1.6 seconds, the question and the last few lines of the conversation are sent as text, through OpenRouter, to a language model.
4. 4The model writes an answer of two to four sentences in the interview's language, and it streams onto your screen as it is written. Transcripts are not kept after the session.

Of YoodaAI's other 3 tools, only mock interviews use a language model, like the live assistant; the resume builder and Bulk Apply don't.

Mock interviews

A language model writes five questions for the job title, level and question types you choose, then scores each answer from 0 to 100 against that level and writes feedback and a stronger answer. In voice mode, English questions are read aloud, and your spoken answer is transcribed for you to check before it is scored.

ATS resume builder

Your CV is laid out in a single column with a standard font and selectable text. The score is an eight-point checklist the app works out as you type, from complete contact details to achievements with numbers in them.

Bulk Apply

People on our team work through each round by hand, in the order rounds arrive, and apply to postings that match the role with the CV you uploaded.

YoodaAI runs on credits, bought once and kept until you use them. There is no subscription, and the cheapest pack is $9.99.

1 credit is 1 minute of live help, counted only while it listens. After the free first round, a mock interview round is 5 credits, a job application is 3 credits and a resume PDF is 10 credits. Each column shows a whole pack spent on one tool; you can split credits across the tools in any mix. Payments are handled by Creem.

YoodaAI's live assistant runs in Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop and works with any video call in a browser tab, including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It answers in 12 languages; the site, the app and mock interviews are in English and Turkish.
